Neal, DD_roundies 0.0.2a (available since Jan 1st, 2009) has similar background-position/repeat support as found in DD_belatedPNG.
Hey there, this site is pretty old now. I've decided to leave it up as I put a lot of work into it and would hate to see it disappear.

An interesting way to do rounded corners in Internet Explorer which doesn't support the CSS3 property yet. It worked great for me other than that the background-image by default inherits a repeat (all) value which was a game ending problem for me.
